What's in it for you? We will pay you or a designated representative 1/8 of point referral fee, on any
property that sells through your members.
All you need to do at your monthly meetings, are to present the properties that are available in your
area.
Once any of your members show interest in purchasing, they contact us directly to put in an offer, no
heavy lifting on your part. Once the deal closes and we get paid, we send you a referral fee.
How do we get started? We will mutually sign a Fee Agreement for the 1/8 point referral fee with
confidentiality agreement.
We may not have inventory every month, but when we do you will get the list sent to you automatically
via email.
Don't have a club in your area, but have a vetted buyers base of buyers looking for SFR's, contact me.
